About the client Excelsior Academy, a Laidlaw Schools Trust Academy provides education for 3-19 year old pupils rated 'Good' in all categories at the most recent Ofsted inspection at the time of writing. The decision making process Chart Area Seating were delighted to be involved with Excelsior Academy from an early stage and worked closely with the school's team to assist the decision making process with quick responses to their queries. Key factors The school had a requirement to procure versatile chairs which would offer user comfort, stacking ability and robust construction...and they needed them fast! The busy Academy hosts a constant and hectic schedule of events and required chairs to provide additional seating capacity for these diverse activities. The school selected the CAS_CAS_CURV chair in hard-wearing and easy-to-maintain polypropylene for its comfort and high-density stacking capability. We were able to provide these chairs from a stock supply which enabled a speedy delivery to ensure the chairs were where they needed to be, when they neede to be there! CAS_CAS_CARV Product features: Similar comfort to CAS_CAS_CURV OK, so what's the downside...? CAS_LEY_iLI Product features: Great value stacking and linking chair OK, so what's the downside...? CAS_KIU_POS Product features: Designed to promote good posture and provide exceptional comfort OK, so what's the downside...? Hmmm, hard to think of anything significant which counts against this chair based on the price-point - if you are looking for a cost-effective chair which still offers a level of ergonomic design and can be specified in a wide range of colours this is a fantastic option.
